Lesley found himself deeply engrossed into the course material, leaving him increasingly intrigued by the intricacies of valve technology.
Lesley Nyoni’s Journey:
Lesley Nyoni, an Assembler specializing in wedge gate valves, embodies lifelong learning. Driven by curiosity, he enrolled in The Academy’s Valves Fundamentals course and sought further guidance from Julius Frauendorf, the Group Technical Manager. Julius introduced Lesley to the Silver Edition Certification training on various valve series. Lesley’s determination led him to complete the training with an impressive pass rate of 80% for all four products.
Celebration of Achievement:
On May 10, 2024, Lesley received his Silver Edition Certificates from Julius Frauendorf in the presence of the AVK Sales team. This milestone underscores the value of persistence and resourcefulness.
