Production Manager

Antonie de Clerk

Joining AVK in December 2015 as a Production Supervisor, Antonie de Klerk swiftly demonstrated his capabilities, ascending through the ranks to his current role as Production Manager in the AVK Manufacturing division. AVK's investment in potential is exemplified through the sponsorship of Antonie's studies, propelling him toward a Diploma in Operations Production Management. Antonie's diligence, integrity, passion, and eagerness for continuous growth position him as the ideal candidate for further development.

Design Engineer

Pierrie Grobler

Pierrie  Grobler's journey with AVK commenced in May 2016 as a Draughtsman. Having successfully completed his National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in 2019, Pierrie 's trajectory has been marked by versatility and excellence. Progressing through various roles encompassing Health and Safety, Maintenance, Toolbox Talks, Site Visits, and Technical Responsibilities, Pierrie  now proudly serves as a Design Engineer. Eager to continue his educational journey, Pierrie aspires to attain his Undergraduate Degree in Engineering, and he is an active participant in the YES Programme, contributing his knowledge as a mentor.

 

Sales Administrative Clerk

Jabulile Nhlapo

Jabulile Nhlapo started working at AVK in February 2020 as a Data Capturer in the MDR Department, where she acquired essential insights into this aspect of our business. She completed a Diploma in Marketing Management in 2019 and is currently working on her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management. Driven by her passion to learn and contribute, Jabulile moved to a Store Receiving Clerk role in the Logistics Department, where she now works as a Sales Administrative Clerk. She has gained experience in Export Sales, Customer Service, Navision, MDR and LNS Development. Her guiding principle, “Do the work and let God shine,” reflects the influence of effective leadership on achieving outstanding results.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Antonie, Pierre, and Jabulile on their well-deserved promotions. AVK Southern Africa wishes them continued success in their respective roles. As they embark on this new chapter, may their passion and commitment inspire us all to embrace learning and growth.
