AVK Manufactures DN900 Wedge gate valves and Non-return valves to SOE

AVK Southern Africa manufactures 7 x DN900 Wedge Gate valves, 5 x DN800 Wedge Gate valves and 1 x DN900 Multi-Door Non-return valve to the full specification requirements of the SOE and test pressure 3500 kPa.

All designs and drawings are done in-house by AVK Southern Africa’s design team. Patterns that was required was also build on site. All machining, assembly, coatings and testing were done on site within PVE factory. Lead-time after a clean order is loaded averages 14-16 weeks. Locally cast and manufactured valves to support local infra-structure development and maintenance.
